Shelby Scott, age 80, of Covington, GA passed away on December 1, 2021. Celebration of Life service will be held at 12:30 PM on Thursday, December 9, 2021, at our Rockdale Chapel. Shelby will lie in-state from 9:00 AM-12:00 PM. Final resting place Hillandale Memorial Gardens, 6201 Hillandale Drive, Lithonia, GA 30058. The service will be live-streamed on Gregory B. Levett & Sons Funeral Home website. Shelby leaves to cherish her memory her two devoted daughters, Ursula Scott Santana and Alesia Scott; her son-in-law Fausto Quartararo; Snoopy – who she affectionately referred to as her grand-dog; and a host of relatives and friends who loved her dearly.
