ROMNEY, Dorothy
Dorothy Marie Romney, 79, of Atlanta, entered into eternal rest on Friday, October 15, 2021. Born in New York, she was the daughter of the late Edward Wright and Nancy Griffiths. She was a member of the Order of the Eastern Star, New York Chapter and she enjoyed traveling and spending time with family and friends. Her career included working at Columbia University in New York as well as Clark Atlanta University in Georgia. After retiring, Dorothy cared for her mother until her own passing in 2010, as well as serving as a member of the Saint Anthony of Padua Catholic church in Atlanta, Georgia. She will be missed by her nephew Kevin and wife Ellie, as well as her niece Ayesha and husband Troy and their children, Alex and Jay.
