Dorothy C. Ouimette, 93, of Duluth, GA, passed away in her home on December 17th, 2020. She is survived by her two daughters, Teresa Simon and Anna Pennock and their families, as well as 10 grandchildren and 11 great-grandchildren. We will miss you dearly.
