Died peacefully on Monday, October 25, 2021 in the comfort of his Atlanta home where he was lovingly cared for by members of his family. He was the founder, chairman, principal, and CEO of Columbia Residential and Columbia Ventures.
Noel Khalil's vision, passion, and commitment to insist on the highest standards of quality development, construction, and property management fortified and defined his exceptional affordable housing business legacies and successes. He was 70 years old.
