15-year-old Texas boy fatally shot with AR-15 rifle, police say

Aug 5, 2019A Texas teenager was fatally shot in the face Monday morning with an AR-15 rifle, authorities said.
Zavhon Brown, 15, was identified by the Bexar County Medical Examiner's Office, KSAT reported.
Converse police officials said they responded to a shooting call around 7 a.m. at a house near the city's park, the San Antonio Express-News reported.
Police said they found the teen with a gunshot wound to his head, KENS reported.
The boy was rushed to an area hospital and died of his wound shortly after he arrived, the Express-News reported.
Police told reporters the person responsible for the shooting is a friend of the victim and is believed to be an adult, KSAT reported.
