In honor of the 95th birthday of the fifth-oldest roller coaster in the world, a man is attempting to ride the Jack Rabbit at Kennywood 95 times in a day.
Vic Kleman, 82, of Pittsburgh, has kept track of how many times he’s been on the roller coaster since his first ride in 1959.
If he can complete the 95 consecutive rides Sunday, he will have riden the coaster more than 5,000 times.
"The thrill of riding the Jack Rabbit never gets old for me," Kleman said. "It just makes me feel good."
Kleman will begin riding the roller coaster at approximately 10:30 a.m. and is expected to for the next eight hours.
"It takes a certain kind of commitment, and craziness, to ride a roller coaster 95 times in a row," said Jerome Gibas, Kennywood general manager. "But those are the kind of feelings Kennywood creates in people."
As of Sunday evening, Klemans was at ride number 80, according to Kennywood's Twitter.
