A family is mourning the loss of three of their children after a house fire claimed their lives.
They shared an uplifting message on Friday.
"In an amazing act of kindness, Ben will be saving 5 lives by donating himself in the next few hours," the family wrote on their GoFundMe page.
Ben Martin is the 10-year-old son of Chris and Kristi Maki. He died a few days after a fire swept through their home in Sheboygan Falls, Wisconsin.
The family's oldest daughter, Natalie, and youngest son, Carter, also died due to injuries.
Their only surviving child is Jenna, 9.
According to WTMJ, first responders found Ben Martin unconscious on the second floor of the home.
First responders say Natalie saved Jenna and tried desperately to find her two brothers.
The family has set up a GoFundMe page to raise money for the family.
