A woman reportedly was bitten by a tiger after sneaking into a zoo in Omaha, Nebraska.
According to the Omaha World-Herald, officials believe Jacqueline Eide, 33, entered the Henry Doorly Zoo and Aquarium early Sunday and tried to pet a Malayan tiger named Mai, which bit her left hand. A friend took Eide to a nearby hospital, where she "was aggressive toward staff and showed signs of intoxication of alcohol and/or drugs," Omaha police said.

Police cited Eide – who has previously been convicted of drunken driving, shoplifting, graffiti and other crimes – for criminal trespass, KETV reports. Officials continue to investigate the incident and are reviewing surveillance footage, according to the World-Herald.
