A gas station clerk was held up, not by gunpoint but by a knife-wielding woman. The entire incident was caught on camera.

It happened in Concord, California, in November, but police in the city just posted the surveillance video Friday, in hopes of finding the alleged armed robber, KPIX reported.

The woman was seen wearing a hoodie, and she had her face covered.

During the robbery, she went behind the counter and held the knife to the clerk’s face. The clerk in turn opened the register and the woman allegedly took the cash from the drawer.

At one point she is seen putting down the knife.

The clerk told KPIX he thought about taking the weapon as the woman took the money, but thought better of it.

"I wasn't sure if somebody was behind her. How many people there are," Ali Gowhary told KPIX.

After she cleaned out the cash register, she made multiple demands for Gowhary to open the safe. He told her he didn't have a key and she left the gas station, KPIX reported.

Police in California said a woman held up a gas station clerk with a knife. The incident was caught on video.
