Woman's obituary: 'In lieu of flowers, do not vote for Donald Trump'

May 16, 2016A grieving family is making headlines for including an unusual request in a loved one's obituary.
According to The Associated Press, the Opelika-Auburn News recently published an obituary for Alabama native Katherine Michelle Hinds, 34, who died April 29 near her home near Seattle.
"In lieu of flowers, do not vote for Donald Trump," the obituary reads.
Hinds disliked Trump and worried about her children's future under a Trump presidency, said Hinds' mother, Susan Pool.
Pool said Hinds would have appreciated the line.
