An Ohio, woman has been indicted in a gas station robbery attempt.

Police said Michelle Kingery, 35, pointed her fingers in the shape of a gun at an employee inside a BP station in Springfield, about 30 miles northeast of Dayton in Southwest Ohio. The store employee she threatened pushed her out of the door, and she got nothing.

She is accused of having attempted to steal several cases of beer from another gas station, but at that one, an employee followed her to her car and took back the beer.

Kingery pleaded not guilty to robbery.
