The first teddy bear took Toni Reese about eight hours to make.

A parent asked her to make it from a loved one's clothes.

The special request sparked the Tea for Two Boutique legacy bears.

Each of Reese's bears is a special order.

Ordering a bear includes a heartfelt interview between Reese and the client.

"You miss this person that's gone. You miss them. So, I think she's helping people to deal with that," Karie Haney, who ordered 14 bears, told WFAA.

Reese uses old clothes and other sentimental fabrics to give each bear a signature look. She offers three customizable bear styles.

"There's no room for error," Reese told WFAA. "Yeah, there's pressure."
