A woman and her two children who police believed might have been in danger have been located, now the mother is facing charges.
Update 10:55 a.m. EST, Nov. 13: A woman who, along with her two children, was believed to have been in danger is facing charges, Pennsylvania State Police said Wednesday.
Alicia Brumbaugh, 31, and her children, ages 1 and 2, had last been seen about 4 a.m. Monday at their home in Imler, Pennsylvania, before they were found Tuesday, authorities said.
When troopers searched Brumbaugh's purse, they found suspected methamphetamine and drug paraphernalia, officials said. She is charged with endangering the welfare of children, possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia.
Update 3:06 p.m. EST, Nov. 12: A woman and her two children who police believed might have been in danger have been located.
After Pennsylvania State Police asked for the public's help in finding them, a driver spotted the vehicle police were searching for on Route 422 near Oakland Avenue in White Township, Pennsylvania, and called 911.
Police found Alicia, Maverick and Aleah Brumbaugh inside. Edgar Decker Jr. was taken into custody, police said.

Investigators believe they are with Alicia Brumbaugh's father-in-law, 56-year-old Edgar Decker Jr., who has an active felony warrant and was recently released from rehab.

Alicia Brumbaugh made a frantic phone call just before 11:30 p.m. Monday from near the parking lot of a Walmart in Indiana, Pennsylvania, about 60 miles away from her last known location, but the call ended before police got any information, authorities said.
They are believed to be traveling in a black 2005 Chevrolet Avalanche with Pennsylvania license plate number ZGZ-6781.
