A man on board a flight headed for Manchester, N.H. was stuck with a pen before the plane took off from Chicago O'Hare airport on Thursday afternoon.
According to Chicago police, a woman on a Southwest flight headed to Manchester reportedly struck someone with a pen while in Chicago.
Passenger Lenny Modarski fell asleep on the plane as it was on the runway heading toward takeoff. His arm brushed against the woman's next to him and he was snoring. Unable to awaken him, the woman stabbed Modarski with the pen "several times."
"I was asleep at the time when the attack happened," Modarksi said.
He was not seriously injured.
