Police had to temporarily shut down a busy road after an alligator was spotted near a Burger King in Titusville, Florida.
Customers at the restaurant called police after spotting the 9-foot animal.
Police stopped traffic near Spaceview Park and U.S. 1 before trappers got to the scene because the alligator was about to cross the road.
The alligator was caught and will be killed due to its large size and aggressive nature, officials said.
