A rare white fox is all getting lots of attention in Franklin, but one business owner said even though it’s beautiful, she just wants it gone.
“He's here every day. And he's here in the morning. And he's here in the evening,” Nancy Francis said.

Francis runs a daycare out of her house, and daily has 10 children around.
“He sits on my front steps so my parents are scared to bring my children in,” she said.
The fox first appeared about a month ago, and since then has been a reliable presence.
“He's going to end up ruining my business. He's beautiful, but I don't want him here,” Francis said.
Across the street, the O’Brien family has documented numerous encounters with the strange fox.
“I don't think he's a pet or anything. But it's certainly cool to have him around,” Jake O’Brien said.
He even stopped on the front stoop the night before Thanksgiving.
“We've been good about not feeding him, because we don't want to encourage him to be around. Because at the end of the day we've got kids, we've got a dog. We're a little leery of him,” Virna O’Brien said.
