For almost 30 years, NASA has had a collection of sounds floating through space, trying to make contact with alien life.
But what did the scientists think would make a connection with extra-terrestrials? Their choices may surprise you.
Sounds like Morse Code, dogs barking, a train and even a baby cooing and crying were sent into space on the "Golden Record," the sounds that were sent on the Voyager spacecraft that launched in 1977, The Next Web reported.
