According to ABC News, the man, who chose not to be identified, carried a sleeping mat and several bags while maneuvering around the memorial.

Quietly, he used a candle to pass the flame onto the others as he knelt in front of flowers and rainbow flags.
Memorials and vigils have been held all over the world in memory those who died during Sunday’s attack on Pulse, a gay nightclub. It was the worst mass shooting in modern U.S. history.
