Police in New York are searching for a suspected cellphone thief who was captured on video knocking to the ground a mother who was carrying her infant son.
According to New York media reports, the video shows a 24-year-old woman, who wanted to remain anonymous out of fear for her safety, walking down the street with her 3-month-old infant strapped to her chest.
The suspect is then seen running from behind and drop-kicking the mother and child to the ground and running off with the woman's cellphone. The attack happened Friday near Bronx Park Ave. in the West Farms neighborhood of the Bronx.
New York Police have released a mugshot the suspect, Alonzo Brown, 18, and are seeking tips on his whereabouts.
