"This is my Fair DUI flier," says Jason Gray while recording the video. "You can see it has Fair DUI flier language. 'I remain silent, no searches, I want my attorney.' "

All of the information that a police officer would ask for is hanging by a string in a plastic cover outside of the driver's side window:  license, registration and insurance. The flier also cites two Florida statutes.

Police shine their light on the information and after giving everything a quick look, they motion Gray to move on. One officer even tells Gray to 'have a nice day.'

"The second that you open the window they can say they smell alcohol or drugs coming from the vehicle and the moment you speak a word they can claim that you speech is slurred," Gray says.

Boca Raton lawyer William Redlich and founder of

created the method and says it's meant to limit the number of false arrests. Critics say it encourages drunk driving.

Although this method is legal in Florida, experts warn that you also risk drawing attention to yourself, and if you do, you better have all your ducks in a row.
