The 51-year-old woman, who asked to remain anonymous, said it wasn't the first time the unidentified man showed up at one of her open houses, KTTV-TV reported. She said he also appeared at one last week and was behaving in an unusual manner.

When he showed up again Sunday, the agent told KTTV said she felt uncomfortable.
The woman said the attacker told her he had a buyer for the house.

“At that point I was kind of nervous and I was a little bit shaky, so I said, ‘OK, we’re in the middle of the house right now. I want to get him outside by the door,’” she said.

Once outside, the man didn't wait long before shoving her into the bushes and attempting to grab her, but the video shows she screamed so loud, the man ran away.

The woman, who said the ordeal has left her shaken, described the man as in his mid-40s and cross-eyed wearing a baseball cap and Nike tennis shoes, the news station reported.

Los Angeles police are asking for the public’s help in identifying the man.
