An extraordinarily moving moment was captured at the memorial for Charleston shooting victims on Friday morning.
During the WFXT's live report Friday morning, cameras captured Don Oswalt placing a "Boston Strong" shirt at the church.

Oswalt is from Charleston and ran the marathon last year. He placed the shirt he ran in at the memorial site to pay his respects.
"We're not going to let this deter us from loving, from serving, from giving," Oswalt said.
Oswalt added that he hopes that message is felt across the nation and around the world.
