A McDonald’s drive-thru customer shot a man who was trying to rob him Thursday night, police said.
The robbery suspect pulled a gun on the victim and was shot during an ensuing struggle over the weapon, police said.
The suspect was taken to a hospital, where he was listed in good condition and arrested, according to WNDU.
The victim was not injured, WRTV reported.
