SkyLift Park in Gatlinburg, Tennessee, home of the nearly 700-foot-long bridge, draped a massive American flag over the bridge's rail to celebrate Veterans Day.

The bridge, which is 150 feet above the ground, opened May 17, the Knoxville News Sentinel reported.

In a video posted on its Facebook page, SkyLift Park officials showed a group of workers unfurling the flag, adding to an already spectacular view of Gatlinburg and the Great Smoky Mountains.

"Thank you, Veterans, for your sacrifice, service, and time given to this great country.

From all of your friends at the Gatlinburg SkyLift Park, we wish you a Happy Veterans Day," park officials wrote on Facebook.
