"It's midnight somewhere."
At least that's what Netflix is selling for New Year's Eve 2015.
The popular streaming service has a solution for parents whose young ones want to have a countdown to witness a new year but will be put to bed well before midnight: six on-demand countdowns tailored to "preschoolers, tweens and everyone in between."

Simply search "New Year's Eve" in Netflix and pick a countdown that best suits your young ones and watch with them to usher in the new year, even if it is 9 p.m.
The special shorts include "Care Bear & Cousins," "Inspector Gadget," "All Hail King Julien" and more.
The reason for the specials?
Netflix conducted a study of 9,128 parents which found that 58 percent of them around the world prefer to put their kids to bed before midnight on Day 365.
The reasons vary by country: Italian and French parents spend time with each other after lights out, while those in Spain and Mexico carry on the night with the parents-only parties.

The countdowns are most likely to be viewed at 9 p.m. in America, Canada and Australia.
