Tropical Storm Nestor lashed the Gulf Coast with high winds and rain, washing out a coastal road in Franklin County on Saturday.
The Alligator Point Road was closed after being washed out by the storm, the Franklin County Sheriff's Office said.
A deputy was stationed at the road to keep drivers from using it.
