Today, Jan. 27, 2016 is apparently National Chocolate Cake Day.

According to the website Holiday Insights, there's no official, government declaration that marks the day (even though there should be!)

Chocolate cake day can only be found on calendar and ecard websites.

Whether or not it's an official day, social media is exploding with the favorite desserts that will be devoured at one point Wednesday.
