A third suspect, accused of taking "Dixie the dog" is in jail Friday morning.

Tamgium Carr is accused of burglary and theft of property.

Police say Carr tried to sell Dixie back on January 15th. The dog was taken from Lorie and Terry Travis' car earlier that month.

They came to celebrate Elvis' birthday, and were eating dinner when the "dog-nappers" struck. When they came out of the restaurant, Dixie was gone.

They were reunited with Dixie two weeks ago Friday.
