1. Trump calls for ban: Donald Trump says he thinks  the United States should ban all Muslims from entering the country until  we can "figure out what is going on," following the terror attacks in Paris and the shootings in California. The Republican candidate for president said Monday that  that "hatred" for Americans by the followers of Islam is "beyond comprehension."

2. Shooter's finances: Fox News is reporting that San Bernardino shooter Syed Farook received a $28,500 deposit into a bank account two weeks before he and his wife killed 14 people at a holiday celebration. According to the story,  Farook converted $10,000 to cash on Nov. 20, and withdrew the money. Prior to the shootings, authorities believe he transferred $15,000 in three separate transactions to his mother's bank account, Fox reported.

3. How much for that shoe: LeBron James has signed a lifetime contract with Nike. The terms of the endorsement deal were not disclosed, only that it lasts a lifetime. James already collected on a seven-year, $90 million deal with the athletic apparel company the he made in 2003 when he entered the league just out of high school.

4. Who is up for the Heisman: The finalist for the  Heisman Trophy were announced Monday.  Clemson quarterback Deshaun Watson, and running backs Christian McCaffrey from Stanford and   Derrick Henry from Alabama made the list. The Heisman ceremony is set for Saturday.

5. One person, one vote: The U.S. Supreme Court will hear arguments Tuesday over whether congressional districts should be determined by the number of voters who live there instead of the total number of people who live there. The case before the court includes the argument that counting total population in a district – including people who cannot vote – diminishes the political power of people who live in less-populated areas. The challenge to the "one person, one vote" clause of  the 14th Amendment came out of a Texas case.
