Here's a roundup of news trending across the nation and world today.

What to know now:

1. Kids killed trick-or-treating: Two children and one adult were killed Monday night after a vehicle hit the flat-bed trailer they were riding on. The three, all related to each other, were out for a night of trick-or-treating. The accident happened on U.S. Highway 80 in Chunky, Mississippi. The town is east of Jackson, near the border with Alabama.

2. Brazile out at CNN: CNN said it learned through WikiLeaks that former commentator Donna Brazile gave Hillary Clinton's campaign questions that would be posed at a presidential town hall in advance of the event. Some information, leaked Monday, showed that Brazile at least twice gave Clinton questions to be asked in advance of a debate.  Brazile resigned in October, according to sources. Her contract as a commentator with the network was suspended in July when she took over as interim head of the Democratic National Committee.

3. Obamacare enrollment: Open enrollment in the Affordable Care Act begins Tuesday. Changes in the price of premiums, the options for insurers and the choice of doctors using the program have some worried. Within the past year the program has seen its largest insurance carriers jump ship, saying they can no longer afford to fund the program because those being insured are too old and too sick, and there are not enough younger, healthier people to make up the cost.

4. Email investigation: The FBI says it will try to work to sort through thousands of emails discovered on Anthony Weiner's laptop computer, calling into question whether they can complete the task before next Tuesday, Election Day. The Justice Department has vowed to "dedicate all necessary resources" to the task, but, as of Tuesday, no official has said how many emails there are to examine. Some have estimated the number to be in the tens of thousands. Weiner is the estranged husband of longtime Clinton aide, Huma Abedin. Weiner is being investigated for allegedly sexting with a 15-year-old girl.

5. Classified info left in China: A State Department spokesman said an unnamed "senior aide" to then-Secretary of State Hillary Clinton left classified information in a hotel room in China, unsecured and unattended. "In May 2010, Secretary Clinton was on official travel in Beijing, China, accompanied by senior staff. Upon Secretary Clinton's departure, a routine security sweep by Diplomatic Security agents identified classified documents in a staff member's suite," State Department spokesman John Kirby told Fox News in a statement.  According to House Permanent Select Committee on Intelligence Chairman Devin Nunes, (R-Calif.), a whistleblower came to him with an allegation that it was Clinton who left the material out. Diplomatic Security, which guards high-ranking U.S. officials who travel aboard, filed a report on the incident.
