1. Charges over Flint: Michigan's attorney general will announce criminal charges Wednesday against three people who had knowledge of the high levels of lead in the Flint, Mich., water supply, yet failed to act. Charges are expected to be filed against two state regulators and a Flint employee, according to a source.
2. Making the Bible the state book: The Tennessee House will vote Wednesday to override the governor's veto of a bill that would have made the Bible the official state book. Those supporting the veto say giving the Bible that designation would violate state and federal constitutions.
3. New York primary wins: Hillary Clinton claimed "victory is in sight" after she defeated Sen. Bernie Sanders in the New York Democratic primary Tuesday. On the Republican side, Donald Trump smashed his competition, winning 60 percent of the vote in his home state, and taking all but two of the 95 delegates up for grabs.
4. Searching for brothers: A pair of brothers wanted in the disappearance of a Washington state couple may be heading to the Mexico border, authorities say. John Blaine Reed and his brother, Tony Clyde Reed, are believed to have killed , Patrick Shunn, 45, and his wife, Monique Patenaude, 46, possibly over a land dispute. The brothers have been charged with first-degree murder.
5. iPhone hack: The FBI said Tuesday that hacking into the phone of San Bernardino terrorist Syed Farook allowed them to see that in the 18 minutes between the shootings and when authorities confronted him, the couple did not make contact with anyone else. The agency defended using a third party to hack into the iPhone, saying its contents provided valuable information when it showed that Farook and his wife did not have help from any organized terror group following the shootings that killed 14.

Ex-football star Michael Strahan is leaving his job as co-host on "Live with Kelly and Michael" to become a full-time member of ABC's "Good Morning America" team. Strahan has worked part time on "GMA" for the past two years, leaving in the middle of the show to make it to his gig with Kelly Ripa.
