Jeremy De La Cruz, 22, has had leukemia since 2016, but his health recently rapidly declined and he entered hospice care this week with doctors giving him about a week to survive, KSAT reported.

When he felt stronger, he had hoped to see Grande perform and bought tickets to see her Friday, but now he will not be able to attend.

He created a video plea hoping she sees it and fulfills his wish.

Because he is too weak to speak, his family created cards to help him with his message.

“I imagine I will soon find out if God is a woman and that’s OK but I sure hope my message touches a little bit of your heart so that you will tell me ‘Hello,’” De La Cruz said, referencing a number of the singer’s songs. “I’m sorry if I sound needy but I just want to hear your voice one last time. I know you've been going through a tough time too but in the words of a beautiful singer remember, everything will be alright because the light is coming.”
