According to an arrest affidavit, on Sunday, Nguyen switched the price tags on 35 bottles of wine at six different H-E-B stores in the San Antonio area last week, the San Antonio Express-News reported. According to court records, the full price of the wines was $4,036 but Nguyen only paid $170, KENS reported.
