According to the police report, the girl’s vehicle clipped the rear of a car in front of her, forcing the car into a ditch.
The girl’s car spun clockwise, rolling to a stop on its top in the northbound lanes.
According to the State Patrol, the vehicle in front of her was trying to turn into a driveway when the driver saw the car behind her approaching at a high rate of speed.
The driver attempted to veer right to get out of the way.
The girl was taken to the hospital with minor injuries. She was charged with reckless driving.
The other driver was uninjured.
