A spokesperson for the Marion County Jail told RadarOnline a woman unrelated to Portwood bailed her out at 4:30 p.m. after posting $2,000 cash bond.

Authorities told E! News that officers came to a home around 3 a.m. and spoke to a male who said he got into a disagreement with his live-in girlfriend, Portwood, and she attacked him while he was holding their 1-year-old child.

Portwood and her boyfriend, Andrew Glennon, are parents to 1-year-old son, James. She rose to fame on the MTV reality show, "16 and Pregnant," when she and her then-boyfriend, Gary Shirley, welcomed a daughter named Leah. She then starred in "Teen Mom," since renamed "Teen Mom OG," which chronicled her and other young mothers from "16 and Pregnant."

Portwood has had run-ins with the law in the past. She was arrested in 2010 and charged with felony domestic battery and neglect of a dependent, and misdemeanor domestic battery after allegedly slapping and choking her then-fiance, Shirley, in front Leah, when Leah was a toddler. The arrest came after the fight was recorded and aired on the show.

In 2012, Portwood was sentenced to five years in prison for prescription drug possession and probation violation but was released on parole in November 2013.

Shirley spoke about Portwood in a since-deleted tweet after news spread of Portwood's arrest, Us Weekly reported.

“My prayers are with @AmberLPortwood, Andrew, & most importantly baby James, idk any of the particulars, however I’m thinking of them," the tweet read. "And for all the questions and concerns Leah was/is currently camping with her best friend."

In this latest incident, a Marion County Court clerk told Radar Online that Portwood's July 8 hearing has been moved to July 10.

“The state asked for a continuance,” the spokesperson said. “That is normal.”
