An Orange County, Florida, teacher is facing criminal charges after investigators said she sent more than 100,000 inappropriate text messages to a female student.
Alyson London, 44, bonded out of jail and is facing at least a half-dozen charges.
Investigators said an anonymous tip more than a month ago to the Department of Children and Families sparked the investigation.
Police said London, who teaches at Apopka Memorial Middle School, exchanged 129,000 sexually explicit text messages with a 14-year-old student.
Investigators said London’s relationship with her former student began last year and continued until the end of September.
Police said both the student and London denied the sexual relationship.
