Target has issued a voluntary recall of their Cat & Jack “Lilia” rain boots amid concerns that the unicorn horn on the boot can detach and might be a choking hazard.
The recall was issued Tuesday through the United States Consumer Product Safety Commission for roughly 29,000 boots sold from January through April.
Target said in a news release that the boots were sold online through both Target and Google Express. The boots were also for sale at stores nationwide.
Anyone who purchased the boots can take them to a Target store for a full refund.

Description:
This recall includes the Cat & Jack “Lilia” toddlers’ unicorn rain boots in sizes 5-12. The boots are fuchsia with a white unicorn. The horn on the unicorn’s head and mane on the back of the boot are fuchsia, orange, yellow, green, and blue. The model numbers are located on the inside tag of the boot.
