A Swiss supermarket chain is under fire after distributing coffee creamers with containers bearing images of Adolf Hitler and Benito Mussolini.
According to The Associated Press, the chain, Migros, apologized and said it is breaking ties with Karo-Versand, which designed the containers.
Migros, which called the incident an internal failure, promised to "tighten our controls for these products drastically" and said subsidiary Elsa-Mifroma should not have delivered the items.
