Senatobia Schools Superintendent Jay Foster is dropping all charges against four people who were kicked out of Senatobia High's graduation for celebrating excessively.
Foster originally filed disturbing the peace complaints against the individuals and arrest warrants were issued.

Ursula Miller, one of the parents charged for cheering, said Monday she is not satisfied with just having the charged dropped. She said Foster made more of a disturbance when he got on the public address system than she did.
Last week, Foster said he would not back down after issuing four disturbing the peace arrest warrants for people who cheered at a high school graduation.
Foster said in an interview with Fox13 that over the past few years, the yelling and screaming at graduation has become too disruptive, and made the ceremony unbearable.
