A Pennsylvania teen with Down syndrome has had her dreams come true.
Rachael Grace is a student at North Penn High School.
She had her heart set on going to college, moving away and becoming independent, WTXF reported.
Recently she found out she will be going on to higher education after getting an acceptance letter from East Stroudsburg University.
She researched four colleges that have programs for people with special needs and decided that ESU was the one for her.
And the school apparently agreed.
It takes a moment for Grace to realize that she's getting her wish, but when she does she yells, "I got in! I'm going to college!"
Watch her reaction below:
When the school found out about Grace's viral video, ESU welcomed her to campus on its Facebook page posting "We are lucky to call you a Warrior!"
