Student dies after shooting on Savannah State campus

A college student from metro Atlanta died in a shooting at Savannah State University.
The university said junior Christopher Starks died overnight from his injuries.
One student said people watched as Starks bled until help arrived.
"Everyone was coming back after the fact he'd been laying there 2-3 minutes by himself," a student said.
Police are still looking for the shooter.
They lifted the campus lockdown at midnight.
Savannah State classes are postponed until 10 a.m.
