Using masterful precision, engineering and creativity, Seiko created a "Rube Goldberg"-type contraption using 1,200 tiny watch parts.
The watchmaker posted a video titled "Art of Time" of the device in action to YouTube last week.
While it does require some human interaction, the device uses parts from 47 different watch types, many of them smaller than 1 millimeter.
Goldberg was an artist best known for his invention cartoons. He is also the only person listed in the dictionary as an adjective.
