Now that's a big fish.
A Texas boy hooked a 67.1-pound blue catfish over the weekend – and set a state record in the process.
According to KTXS-TV, Brayden Rogers, 13, of Cisco, caught the 47-inch whopper Saturday on Lake Tawakoni during a fishing trip with his grandfather.
Rogers beat Texas' previous junior angler record set by Lane Ferguson, who reeled in a 66.2-pound blue catfish in 2011, the station reported.
The massive fish, which Rogers gave to the state's Parks and Wildlife Department, now has a new home – the Texas Freshwater Fisheries Center.
