A weeks-old puppy abandoned at a baseball stadium in Savannah, Georgia, is now getting lots of love as the team’s official bat dog.

According to the Savannah Bananas baseball team, a staff member found the tiny puppy alone and crying in the parking lot of Grayson Stadium as he left for an appointment. She had no tags and no microchip.

The team announced Daisy is now the official bat dog for the season, which opens on June 2. Though she’s not even big enough to pick up a baseball, the team says they have no doubt she will become an important part of Grayson Stadium.
