The funny video was released on the SussexRoyal Instagram account and shows the two men getting together to talk about how to raise awareness about mental health issues.

"This is something I'm quite passionate about," Sheeran tells the prince.

“Me as well,” Harry says. “This for me is a subject and a conversation that is just not talked about enough. I think people all over the world are really suffering.”

Sheeran tells Harry he’s been trying to write a song about the topic and Harry agrees that the singer has the skill set to write a song to help raise awareness.

Then, Sheeran says, "People just don't understand what it's like for people like us."

“The jokes and the snide comments. I just feel like it’s time we stood up and say, ‘We’re not going to take this anymore. We are ginger and we’re going to fight.’”

Harry tells him he has misunderstood what the meeting is about.

The video ends showing Sheeran deleting “Gingers Unite” from his laptop as he tells Harry he totally understands the message is about mental health.

The prince's royal Instagram account urged people suffering from mental health issues to ask for help: "There's no need to suffer in silence – share how you're feeling, ask how someone is doing and listen for the answer."

It’s a cause close to Harry’s heart. He’s admitted he suffered mostly in silence after the death of his mother, Princess Diana, in a car crash in France more than 20 years ago.

World Mental Health Day is celebrated every Oct. 10 in hopes of raising awareness about the millions of people who suffer from some form of mental illness.
