The Jacksonville Sheriff's Office says it has found the tractor-trailer who struck and killed a Jacksonville woman in October.
Kelly Black, 42, was killed shortly after 6 a.m. on Oct. 23 in the parking lot of Kangaroo station located at 11325 W. Beaver Street.

Black had a blood alcohol level of .233 and cocaine in her system.
JSO says the truck and trailer were inspected and the driver was interviewed, and JSO said no charges will be filed against the driver.
JSO says the driver had no knowledge the crash occurred.
Black's story made national news after a photo taken by an Action News Jax photographer of her dog at the scene went viral.
