Tulsa police are investigating a shooting at a Burger King parking lot.
Police said a man was shot while trying to attack another man with a crowbar in the parking lot a of the Burger King.
The victim, who is licensed to carry a concealed weapon, pulled out a gun and shot the suspect in the shoulder.
Officials said the suspect drove himself to an Owasso hospital.
Police told FOX23 that because the victim was defending himself, he likely will not face any charges.
