A total of 28 people may be cashing in on a lottery jackpot, ABC News reported.
But it won't be the $1.3 billion Powerball jackpot.
Instead, the 28 people won the second-place Match 5 drawing, meaning that they each had the same numbers of the five white balls that were picked for the Saturday Powerball drawing.
The second-place prize is $1 million. There was also an option to choose the Power Play, which three people chose.
Those three people automatically doubled their winnings to $2 million.
Winners bought tickets in Arizona, California, Connecticut, Florida, Georgia, Iowa, Massachusetts, Maryland, Michigan, New York, Ohio, Pennsylvania, Texas and Virginia.
None of the winners come from states where they can remain anonymous, and none of them have claimed their prizes.
Generally, winners have 180 days to claim their winnings, but the specific rules depend on the state.
