Two people were injured after a power pole crashed into a car, and 22 power poles fell overall late Friday afternoon, knocking out power to more than 16,000 customers.
Both victims survived and were in satisfactory condition Friday after being taken to a hospital.
Puget Sound Fire officials said the poles covered more than a mile of roadway. The cause is being investigated.
