Bei Bei the panda cub tried climbing his first tree recently, with some help from his mom.
The Smithsonian National Zoo released a 15-second video showing the cub ascending a tree, with Mei Xang, his mother, overseeing and then helping him down.
Bei Bei recently made his public debut. He was born Aug. 22.
